mwiley Greetings from the Staff:
Carnall is a small, nurturing neighborhood school that is really more like a large family. Our staff knows each child by his or her name and works to establish relationships with both students and parents.

The development of a child socially, emotionally, and intellectually is our mission at Carnall. We take our mission seriously, but not so much that we have taken the fun out of school. Celebrations and Awards Days are numerous in the hope that our students will feel special.

Our state Benchmark scores were outstanding for the 2006-07 school year, and our goal is to continue to help each child become proficient in Literacy and Math. We also strive to help our students become responsible citizens who make good choices and are willing to give back to the community.

Carnall has three outstanding Partners in Education: Arkansas Oklahoma Gas, Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union, and Wal-Mart on Zero and a very supportive PTA. Their time, talents, and funding help support students and staff and make a real difference in what we do. The entire staff of Carnall Elementary strives to find the possibilities in all of our students.

Michela Wiley, Principal
