Current Outstanding Bids & Proposals

RFQ — FSPS Facilities Planning

• What is the District’s timeline for completion of the assessments, and development of a report? From our meeting earlier this week, I believe a date of November 2017 was mentioned for a first draft, but what is needed then, and then what are other completion dates? The district needs a draft by November 1 and would like the completed assessment/master plan document by December 1. This schedule may be amended as the work process evolves.

• Does the District intend to submit 2019-2011 Partnership Program applications? If so, by the early application date of November 1, 2017, or the final date of March 1, 2018? Part of the goal of this process is to identify any potential projects for Partnership funding. We do not anticipate to be ready to submit projects in time for the November 1 deadline.

• When does the District anticipate selecting the successful firm? The goal is to have a firm selected and a contract completed during August, so the firm may begin their work in early September.

• The request did not mention whether this would involve a formal presentation to either staff or the Board. After the responses are reviewed it is likely some firms will be interviewed. We will give sufficient time to have a presentation prepared.
